Welcome to the ALaSCA in silico experimentation web app!

ALaSCA has already been applied to discover & simulate the effect of drivers in a number of disease and treatment types - including Glioblastoma, Alzheimer's Disease, Chronic Liver Disease, Rare Kidney Disease, Type 1 Diabetes, AMR, Bioactives and more.  

To enable customers (bioinformaticians, research scientists, clinicians) and partners (software vendors, CROs) to explore the potential of ALaSCA, ... we have built a web app of ALaSCA, implementing a causal diagram (model) for Type 1 Diabetes progression.  This web app is does not require any login or licence.
   
In addition to a tutorial, the web app includes a cool challenge to test your skills and a sandbox for you to run your own in silico experiments !
